It’s time to find your beanies because our community have a month of fresh breezy walks, cosy pub dinners and group gym meet-ups planned for you.
There’s all sorts of activities taking place this month, from regional hikes, meet-ups that include climbing, bonfire nights, a sports nutrition Instagram Live and a blog about how to start a fire with sticks!
If you can’t see something planned in your local area, why not plan something yourself by setting up your own meet-up.
