Whether you want to lead adventures, support our community, or help us grow, check out our current openings and see how you can be part of a movement that empowers women to explore, connect, and thrive.

WHO WE ARE

Welcome to Outdoor Adventure Girls. We are an outdoor community providing safe and inclusive environments for women to feel confident outdoors, connect with other like-minded women, and challenge the lack of representation of women in the outdoor space.

WHAT WE DO

We provide small group adventure holidays for solo travellers, both in the UK and overseas, and we connect you with new friends as you explore the world. Through our local meetups, weekend getaways, and overseas trips, we bring groups of incredible women together, creating friendships and lasting memories.

We are passionate about mental health and the burden women carry throughout life, giving them the time to recharge, reset, and become their authentic selves when they attend our trips.
