THE ACCOMMODATION
Our accommodation for the weekend is the amazing YHA Idwal Cottage. This eco-friendly hostel offers superb Snowdonia accommodation for activity breaks in the Ogwen Valley, Glyders and beyond. This is YHA’s longest standing hostel – follow in the footsteps of YHA’s founders and relive the walks and scrambles enjoyed by the Merseyside Group in those early years. Remember to pick up a copy of the ‘Idwal log’ at the hostel!
Due to the hostel being a self-catered only hostel we are unable to provide any food during this weekend. However, we will be recommending guests bring packed lunches for the day, and for breakfast and dinner they bring food to cook themselves. Our host Hattie may also look in to the group heading to a pub for dinner on the Saturday evening, if the group would like to.
Our accommodation for the trip will be in 4-bed and 6-bed dorms, exclusive to our group.
