August is here, bold and blazing — the month that reminds us to take up space, breathe deeply, and live fully. It’s not about doing more, but doing what lights you up. Think sunrise summits, spontaneous wild swims, late-night laughter around the campfire. This is the season of saying yes to adventure, yes to rest, yes to you. Whether you’re chasing views or slowing down in nature, here’s what we’ve got going on in August.
If you are new to Outdoor Adventure Girls, we are a community group for women that provides safe spaces for our members to meet up, explore, and connect with like-minded individuals!
Remember if you can’t see something planned in your local area, why not plan something yourself by setting up your own meet-up. To attend any of the events listed below, you must be a member of an Outdoor Adventure Girls Facebook group and find your local group.
