This is a four-day skills weekend designed for adventurous women who want to build confidence, decision-making and self-reliance in UK mountains.

Over the weekend, you’ll develop core navigation and mountain movement skills, gradually applying them on real terrain. Expect practical learning, supportive teamwork and plenty of time in the mountains, from foundational techniques to more independent decision-making as confidence grows. We’ll get hands on with kit prep and study the environment we’re spending time in.

By Sunday, guests are actively involved in planning routes and navigating, with space to practise leadership, problem-solving and adapting to changing conditions. We wrap up on Monday with time to reflect, consolidate learning and head home feeling more capable, confident and inspired.
