Accommodation

Our accommodation for the weekend is the stunning YHA Ilam Hall, a stunning 17th-century Gothic manor sits on 84 acres of National Trust parkland, is full of character and nestled near the quaint village of Ilam – the perfect location for our adventure weekend.

At Ilam Hall guests can make full use of the cosy lounge and games room in the hostel’s main building and you’ll also find a handy self-catering kitchen to store your BYO lunch for the Saturday, plus drying facilities. Bedrooms are situated in the main building.

Our accommodation for the trip will be in 4-bed and 6-bed dorms, exclusive to our group. If you’re booking with a friend let us know and we’ll make sure you get a room together.

NOTE: There is car parking at this hostel, but it is limited and there may be other guests parking at the hostel too.

Food

Our meals for the weekend will be prepared on-site at YHA, for breakfast and dinner. Saturday lunch is not included, as we will be out during the day, so please bring something to eat for Saturday lunch, such as a packed lunch. On Sunday we will have a picnic lunch prepared for us.
