THE TOUR
Since 2023, Outdoor Adventure Girls has been offering bespoke travel tours for their 40,000 members. The international trips will focus on outdoor adventure, pushing guests out of their comfort zone and creating incredible connections with other women in the most sought-after bucket list destinations on Earth.
Join OAG in June 2027 for an unforgettable adventure to Norway’s breathtaking Lofoten Islands, where dramatic peaks rise straight from the sea, white sand beaches meet Arctic waters, and every day feels like stepping into a postcard. Designed for adventurous women who love the outdoors, this trip is all about challenging hikes, incredible scenery, and unforgettable shared experiences with a brilliant group of like-minded women.
From climbing the iconic Devil’s Staircase and hiking the panoramic Reinebringen trail, to exploring remote fishing villages, ferrying between islands, and walking the stunning white sands of Bunesstranda, this is adventure at its absolute best. With a traditional goat’s cheese farm visit, plenty of local charm, and every detail thoughtfully taken care of, all that’s left for you to do is show up, soak it all in, and experience the magic of the Arctic.

ITINERARY

Day 1: Svolvaer
Hei! Welcome to Norway!
Included Activities:
• Arrival transfer on a group basis
• Welcome meeting (6pm)
Day 2: Stamsund
Meals included: Breakfast
Lace up your hiking boots and set off on your first hike to Floya and Djevelporten! This hike is approximately 8km with an elevation gain of 600m. After your hike you’ll have some free time to find a local restaurant for dinner, before taking an early evening ferry to Stamsund.

• Svolvaer – Fløya guided hike
• Svolvaer – Djevelporten guided hike
• Hurtigruten ferry: Svolvaer to Stamsund
Day 3: Stamsund
Meals included: Breakfast
Today you’ll hike Steinetinden and Stamsundheia loop. This is approx. 8km hike with an elevation gain of 650m. Check out another local restaurant for dinner this evening – your leader will have some great recommendations!

• Stamsund – Stamsundheia guided hike
Day 4: Reine
Meals included: Breakfast
After breakfast today, we’ll take the bus to Reine, a small fishing village and from there, we;ll set off on our hike. Today’s hike will be along the Reinebringen trail and will be approximately 12km with an elevation gain of 521m. After enjoying the views, the evening is free for you to explore Reine at your own pace.

Day 5: Reine
Meals included: Breakfast
After breakfast we’ll take a ferry to Vindstad and on today’s hike, we’ll explore one of the most beautiful beaches in Norway. We’ll take in the views and turquioise waters and pass through the costal village of Vindstad. Later, we’ll return to Reine via ferry. Today’s hike is approx. 14km with an elevation gain of 232m.

• Reine – Bunes Beach hike
Day 6: Svolvaer
Meals included: Breakfast
We’ll travel back to Svolvaer, stopping along the way at Lofoten Gardsysteri. We’ll learn how goats cheese is made and head to the dairy to see the goats. We’ll then continue our journey to Svolvaer where the rest of the day is free to explore at your own pace!

Day 7 – Svolvaer
Meals included: Breakfast
Your journey comes to an end today with a transfer to the airport after breakfast.

ACCOMMODATION
Our accommodation for the trip will be an array of hotel and hostel style accommodation.
*You will be sharing a room with other guests. Rooms will be allocated randomly, unless specified otherwise.

£2,575 per person including all as stated above and must be booked via Intrepid Travel.

*There will be one transfer per trip for arrival and one for departure. Attendees will be recommended a flight, but if you book alternative flights, transfers will not be provided and will be at the cost of the guest.
INSURANCE
It is the attendee’s responsibility to have the appropriate travel insurance for this trip. It is compulsory for all guests to have travel insurance. Please let us know you have appropriate travel insurance before the trip.
FLIGHTS
Flights are not included as we wanted to give you the option of where to fly when and where you want. However, if you want help booking flights, Intrepid Travel is on hand to help you throughout the booking process and can book flights for you if required.

To secure your place on this tour, you must pay a non-refundable deposit of £200 per person. Do you want to pay in instalments? Once you’ve reserved your space you can arrange this with Intrepid – no extra fees.

IMPORTANT NOTE: To help keep things smooth for everyone, all of our trips now come with a booking deadline between 120-90 days before departure. After this point, trips may not go ahead due to low demand. So, if you’ve been eyeing up an OAG adventure, make sure you secure your spot early, otherwise you might suddenly find the trip you were excited about has gone. Booking ahead means no surprises and ensures you don’t miss out.
