International Women’s Day with Outdoor Adventure Girls 2026

Sunday 8 March 2026 | Multiple locations across the UK

This International Women’s Day, we’re bringing women together across the UK to celebrate connection, confidence and community outdoors.

On Sunday 8 March 2026, Outdoor Adventure Girls will be hosting regional-led events nationwide, each designed to create meaningful moments, shared adventure and space for women to connect in real life. These events are about more than just getting outside. They’re about:

  • Building genuine, supportive connections
  • Creating inclusive spaces where everyone feels welcome
  • Sharing the joy of movement, fresh air and community

Each event will be led by a local OAG host and shaped by their unique region, but all will be rooted in our core values of empowerment, inclusivity and shared adventure.

We’re proud to be partnering with outdoor brand Jack Wolfskin to support this nationwide celebration of women in hiking. This partnership reflects our shared belief that hiking is for everyone, and that women deserve welcoming, inclusive spaces on the trail where they feel supported, confident, and empowered to show up just as they are. By coming together, we’re creating more opportunities for women to connect, explore local trails, and build community through the outdoors.

Whether you come solo or with friends, you’ll be welcomed into a supportive group of like-minded women who just get it.

Commitment

To help cover event costs and ensure committed attendance, each International Women’s Day event will have a £10 deposit. This isn’t a ticket price — it’s a commitment that helps us plan for each event. In return, attendees can expect a thoughtfully curated experience, including partner goodies and small extras on the day, alongside the connection and community that makes these events so special. We will also be making a donation of £10 per person towards our charity of the year Refuge on International Women’s Day.
