The Yorkshire Three Peaks Challenge takes on the peaks of Pen-y-Ghent (694 metres), Whernside (736 metres) and Ingleborough (723 metres), usually in this order and in under 12 hours. These hills form part of the Pennine range, and encircle the head of the valley of the River Ribble, in the Yorkshire Dales National Park.
IMPORTANT: Please consider your fitness levels when booking this trip as this challenge is for those with a good level of fitness and experience of climbing mountains.

Accommodation
Our accommodation for the weekend is the stunning YHA Ingleton, offering our group comfortable accommodation in the heart of a beautiful Yorkshire Dales, surrounded by stunning scenery at every angle. After a long day hiking, we can head back to our accommodation and enjoy a tasty home-cooked meal.
Our accommodation for the trip will be in 4-bed and 6-bed dorms, exclusive to our group. If you’re booking with a friend let us know and we’ll make sure you get a room together.
NOTE: There is limited car parking at this hostel, and is first come first served.
Food
Our meals for the weekend will be prepared on-site at YHA, for breakfast and dinner. Saturday lunch is not included, as we will be out all day, so please bring something to eat for Saturday lunch, such as a packed lunch. And as this is a challenging hike and we will be out for 10-12 hours, please also consider additional food to keep your energy up throughout the day.

- Free time to relax or games night with your fellow guests

Getting here
The venue for our weekend is in the middle of the Yorkshire Dales, in the town of Ingleton, and is around 30 minutes from Skipton. The nearest station is Skipton, or if driving you can coordinate car-sharing in the trip WhatsApp group.

What kit do I need?
- Hiking/outdoor clothing including trail running shoes or hiking boots
