Hosted in partnership with Wittering SUP this jam-packed day event will be all about you. The day includes an introduction to SUP, where you can learn the basis of paddleboarding or improve your skills, guided mindfulness meditations, SUP yoga, wild swimming and healthy, local food. This day is a great opportunity for you to step away from your day to day, re-calibrate and meet like-minded women.
Our itinerary
9:00 – Arrive and meet your fellow SUP’ers, with welcome from your hosts James and Alex
9:15 – Get kitted out with your paddle, board and safety gear
09:15 – Land-based briefing where your instructors will teach you how to kneel paddle (forwards / backwards / turning), how to transition from kneeling to standing and how to paddle correctly. Plus any other safety and self rescue techniques; how to fall correctly and how to get back on your board.
10:00 – 13.00 – Intro to SUP session (including a mindful meditation practice on the boards on the river)
13:00 – Shower and change out of your clothes into something warm
13:30 – Enjoy a locally sourced lunch from local suppliers and get to know your new friends.
14:30 – Say your goodbyes and depart
Activity duration: 4-5 hours approx. with lunch

Ages 16+ (no under 18s)
Maximum group size of 16
All participants must be able to swim 50m.
