Our regional groups are the heartbeat of Outdoor Adventure Girls, bringing women together in their local communities to explore, connect, and support one another.
Whether you’re looking for a friendly hike nearby, a new adventure buddy, or just a space to share your love of the outdoors, our 14 regional groups provide welcoming, safe environments where every woman can find her tribe and discover the joy of adventure close to home.

GROUP RULES
FEMALE ONLY: This is a group for women ONLY.
RESPECT: Please be respectful of everyone in the group. Anyone not being respectful will be removed from the group.
PROMOTION: Please do not use this group to promote your business or other group.
SAFETY: When joining this group, you are accepting full responsibility for yourself. This group is not responsible for your safety. When organising meet ups please do your research and build in a safety strategy. Also please tell your family and friends your whereabouts.
